Unfortunately, we cannot offer a return or exchange once an item has been shipped. Our products are handmade and personalised; each item is a unique, non-reproducible piece and cannot be resold (especially natural stone products).
To minimise the risk of changing your mind, we have included ample photos and product information in the product description. Take your time, please.
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped out. Please contact us to get a refund.
Repaire
If the beaded and braided products break, please contact us for repair.
- Within 60 days of receiving the product, there will be no repair fee; you will only need to cover single shipping costs.
- After 60 days, the repair fee will be charged based on the actual time required for manual work.
