Handcrafted marks
Handmade beaded products cannot convey the precision and orderliness of manufacturing. Instead, they more prominently showcase the diversity, casualness and naturalness.
Natural defects
The texture, lustre, and colour depth of each natural stone vary, with visible growth marks such as cloud-like cotton fluff, small mines, and parallel patterns in some areas. This is not a quality issue and does not affect the wearing effect. Multiple picking cycles are conducted to balance price and quality.
It is respectable that each customer has a different tolerance for the material characteristics. Please spend more time browsing the product photos before placing your order.
Natural colour change
Some natural stones will change colour over time, such as amber and turquoise (their colours gradually go stronger with wear). Skin contact accelerates the process of change, charming to some fans for the sense of participation and belonging they gain.
Some types lose their colour, such as Kunzite (which becomes lighter under harsh sunlight), and pearls lose their glimmer over time.
Treating
To enhance the colour, clarity, or aesthetics of natural stones, they are often optimised during the processing. Common treating methods include heating, irradiation, dyeing, splicing, coating, and resin injection.
The natural materials used in our products are treated by default unless specified otherwise.
Colour Difference
The colours of the product (both natural and imitation) look different under varying light intensities due to the materials' texture, degree of polishing, and shape. Product photos taken from multiple angles and under different lighting conditions are provided on the product page.
The energy saying
Natural stone has physical and chemical properties such as thermal conductivity, magnetic properties (rare minerals), and radioactivity. People may perceive spiritual energy from them. However, our product does not have medical efficacy.
Accessories materials
There may be slight colour variations among batches of the same wire type and metal accessories. In a product, priority is given to using materials from the same batch.
Metal accessories normally undergo varying degrees of discolouration or tarnishing over time. Brass(gold-plated) parts have a brighter colour than Stainless steel parts. The Stainless steel parts do not fade as easily as the Brass(gold-plated) parts. Please choose according to your own wearing habits. To extend the lifespan of the accessories' colour, please refer to the Care and Maintenance section.
Allergy Tips
If you experience allergic symptoms or discomfort while wearing them, please stop using them.
Notice
Products are not suitable for
1. children (to prevent swallowing);
2. during sports or other intense activities (to prevent injuries caused by shattering).
3. working under extreme temperatures, such as baking(to prevent the product from rapidly conducting heat and causing burns).
Packing
Products are packaged on demand, in multiple layers of sturdy packaging to prevent collisions, with no intention of excessive packaging.
